Control systems of high vacuum plants
GN Automation Ltd. has experience based on completed projects in the design of up to date control
systems of high vacuum plants using modern PLC and visualization devices. Examples are PVD
machines for deposition of decorative or wear resistant thin films, vacuum furnaces, ion nitriding
systems and so on.

design and deliver PVD high vacuum machines according to the customer requirements and
